Text Message Program

This page describes the HollyFit LLC text message program: what we send, how you opt in, how to stop, and how we treat your mobile number.

What we send

HollyFit sends guide delivery confirmations, replies to questions you send us, and occasional coaching follow-ups about your training, nutrition, labs, and protocol. We do not send messages on behalf of anyone else.

How you opt in

You opt in on the website by completing the Fit Check on gohollyfit.com:

  1. On the homepage, scroll to the free guide cards and click Email me this guide on the guide you want.
  2. Answer five short multiple-choice questions.
  3. On the final step, “Where should we send your guide?”, enter your email address (required) and, if you want texts, your mobile number (optional).
  4. Check the SMS consent box shown directly below the mobile number field. It is unchecked by default and reads:
By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring automated informational and marketing text messages from HollyFit LLC about my guide, training, nutrition, and protocol at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Terms · Privacy Policy

The form cannot be submitted with a mobile number unless that box is checked. This is what the final step looks like:

The final step of the HollyFit Fit Check form: first name, email address, and mobile number fields, followed by the unchecked SMS consent checkbox and the Email my guide button.

We store the consent language, its version, and the timestamp with every submission. Leaving the mobile field blank, or leaving the box unchecked, means we never text you. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.

You can also opt in by texting START, YES, or UNSTOP to 980-385-7571. You will receive:

HollyFit: You're subscribed to HollyFit texts about your guides, training, nutrition, and protocol. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies and depends on how you interact with us. Most people receive no more than about four to eight messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. HollyFit does not charge you for the messages themselves.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We honor a STOP request immediately, and STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT work the same way. You will receive:

You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.

Stopping texts does not affect email. To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any message we send you.

How to get help

Reply HELP or INFO to any message, or email cs@hollyfitllc.com. You will receive:

HollyFit: For help, email cs@hollyfitllc.com and a person will answer. Reply STOP to stop texts.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Your mobile number

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are shared only with the messaging vendor that transmits our texts on our behalf, and only so the message can reach you. Our Privacy Policy covers this in full, and our Terms carry the program terms.
